I would put 0 stars if I could, extremely unprofessional business! I went in for a mechanical issue, the owner went over my car and supposed to call me with a quote. It took almost two weeks of me calling him back daily since he wouldn’t act professional and give me a call with a quote as he said he’ll do the following day. He was waiting on a dealership pricing on a part. He ended up not answering/ returning my phone calls and then blocking my number. I called from a different number, he answered immediately and hung up on me when he realized who was calling, also blocked my other number. DO NOT DO business with the place that doesn’t treat the customers with respect!

This place is a scam! The owner Pham will charge you for OEM parts but use aftermarket parts instead! Never again!

Pham The owner, was super straightforward and honest with me when I called to talk about what it would cost for a specific job. I was quoting to compare with a shop down the street that I felt like may have been taking advantage of me a little bit. He talked me through everything that would have to get done and told me it's not too horrible what they were charging me and because it would need to get towed if I wanted to switch to him, he recommended to just let them do it. He Also spent time and checked in with the dealership to find out some specifics that would have allowed the job to cost a lot less money, because then he would be able to beat their price by a lot, but turned out there was no way around what needed to be done to have the job done right. I can only speak about my own experience, but I get the impression he actually cares about treating his customers right and not playing games. I would definitely take my car to him in the future. If you have an expensive quote from somewhere I would definitely check with him for a price comparison because he may be much more reasonable. It's also good he specializes in Mercedes. This is pretty important for tricky things like imported cars that like to do things different than the other brands. Fyi, If you don't know this already, dealerships are typically the least skilled and most expensive so if you have a Mercedes I would much rather go here than a dealership. I appreciate your help Pham.

Pham was so nice and professional. My RV check engine light was on. He noticed that some DEF was spilled in the engine compartment and he got a power washer and cleaned it off and reset the diagnostic. And he didn't charge. I can't wait to bring it in for some service so I can pay him!! What a nice guy.

AWESOME is all I have to say this place is the BEST!!!! My Mercedes GL450 SUV was only a few years old and was having starter issues. The dealership wanted $1200 to replace it and I kept putting it off until a few days ago it stopped working. I towed the SUV to this shop by AAA after finding them on Google at 10:30pm. I sent the guy an email and he responded to me within 10 minutes that he would look at it first thing the next day and call me with the quote to fix it. Not only did he replace the starter for half the price of the dealership, but he did a full service (that was 8,000 miles past due), my brakes, and 2 new tires. This place is AMAZING. The owner Anthony was in contact with me the entire time, his worker would text photos of the progress, and they did ALL of this work in only 1.5 days!!!! I just picked up my Mercedes and it runs like New!!! I have never serviced any of my Mercedes for 10 years anywhere but the dealership but I would recommend this place to anyone!!!! Thank you for the great speedy service and the deal on the price!!!!!
