I had a great experience at Massage1Spa with a Groupon for a one-hour massage with cupping. While the front desk interaction could have been smoother, Lisa, my masseuse, more than made up for it. She was highly skilled, attentive, and focused on the areas that needed the most care. Her technique was excellent, and she paid great attention to detail, making sure the pressure and cupping were just right. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. If you’re looking for a quality massage, I highly recommend requesting Lisa!

I’ve been coming to Massage One for a few years now. With the exception of one time I’ve had great massage therapist. Today I had a massage with Amy and she was absolutely great. The only suggestion that I would give is less time doing the hitting of the legs and back. And end the massage with massaging the Scalp, Temples and forehead. Techniques hard to find but really relaxing and great way to end. Price is great and tip correctly.

Great price, not the best customer service. They price matched a Groupon deal, so I came back. Massage was good. This time I had cash and the front desk has a sign stating customer appreciation discount of 3%, if using cash. I asked the lady taking payment and she said no discount. I showed up 5 minutes before my 7pm appointment. My massage didn't start until 7:15 and ended at 8:07. Once over the lady insisted I give her a bigger tip going over 20%. And the room was cold with people's belongings and microwave.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Please do not go here! I booked a 3 person massage for my siblings and I. I spoke to Steve whom is the receptionist and the one in charge of taking reservations…however! He is not the one who writes appointments in the book to confirm your appointment is reserved(seems like he serves as a translator). We show up the day of our appointment and the lady at the front who I believe is the owner (doesn’t speak English unless she is asking for tips) says we don’t have an appointment and turned us away. They didn’t accept us and I was livid but because I bought the massages via Groupon and was unable to get a refund because they were still willing to take my reservation. Sooo, I called on Monday this week to make another reservation, I spoke to Steve again and he said that weekend reservations open on Thursday, I then proceeded to ask how I could get a confirmation that my reservation is booked. He at first, denied my request but shortly after agreed to send me a text message with a confirmation. I called on Thursday to make a reservation for Saturday and asked for the confirmation we agreed on and he was extremely defensive over his OWN MISTAKE! He denied me any form of confirmation and said “your confirmation is my word” he then continued to say that people make mistakes so I should not judge…but I wasn’t judging I was simply asking for reassurance given my previous FAILED experience with them. I felt very disrespected by him so horrible customer service! When we get there Saturday, the massage rooms were nice and had good ambiance which was literally the only good thing about this place. The massage felt more like a terrible rub and I woke up feeling extreme pain in my right leg. It didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing & just as all the other reviews said, they knew very little to no English. After our massage, we were followed out to our car by the owner/lady at the front as she demanded tips. She even said “I get no money I need more” this made no sense as we had already paid and validated our Groupon. I tip upon service and none of their service was tip worthy, I gave her $10 to get her to go away but she didn’t so we drove away. Do not go here unless you want unprofessional customer service and to be harassed by a lady who doesn’t speak English.

Made an appointment & the guy never placed it on the calendar, so the front desk lady made it seem like we couldn’t be taken at that time. The Front desk lady was upset that I wanted to give my own tip amount, the tip felt mandatory the way she yelled, plus she ate seafood with her hands while reaching for my card… Massage was too hard on the body for my guest. Left them sore all over. The lady was way too rough.
