Mario answered right away in the morning and offered to be at my house within the hour. I had gone on vacation and my nose had forgotten what my house smelled like and when I returned, the overpowering odor of my dog hit me in the face and I realized I could not live like this or ever have people over again. Mario came by and said my pet smell was an 8 out of 10, which was mortifying, but he also said he could fix it in two hours and gave me a great price not just for the carpets of my rental home which I did not even want but can’t change, but also for my mother-in-law‘s precious and valuable Persian rugs, which we had never had cleaned because I didn’t know how, and then he did some of our furniture as well. My house smells amazing and I have peace of mind that our health will be better knowing we are not breathing in all of that Junk that he pulled out for us. He is also very kind and friendly and a local dad of an Edison high school student so I’m happy to support!

Their upholstery and carpet cleaning service was quick, efficient, and delivered excellent results. Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment the same weekend, which was a huge plus. The pricing was reasonable and clearly explained upfront, with no surprise charges. The technician was friendly, professional, and completed the job within the promised timeframe. I didn’t realize how much daily wear had built up until I saw how bright and refreshed the carpets looked afterward. The honesty, professionalism, and quality of work really stood out, and I’m very happy with the service.

Mario’s service was amazing! I had an expensive and beautiful accent chair sitting on my balcony for over a year and he made it look brand new! I also got a couch cleaning that made my year old couch look and smell fresh. Their upholstery cleaning service is fast and effective.

It's been almost 1 month and I'm still waiting for MARIO to contact me about fixing the mess that they made of my walls. They responded that they were going to look into it and nobdy has tried to contact me. This company damaged my walls and refused to fix them. During the carpet cleaning process their hose busted and stained my walls with many, many, many dark brown splatters from floor to ceiling. Mario didn't bring it to my attention until after they had tried to clean it up and were not successful in doing so. When Mario showed me the damage they had scrubbed the walls so hard that they left craters in the walls from rubbing so hard that they removed the plaster. They tried to paint over the mess, but they painted over a wet surface, now taking the risk of mold forming on the walls. Mario said that I could call him after the paint dried if it didn't match or needed another coat so I did exactly that because the following day it looked horrible. When I contacted Mario to let him know that it needed more work he was rude and went back on his initial promise to fix the problem. He said that he wasn't coming back and "good luck" that I could fix it myself. My home is less than 3 years old and in excellent condition. I'm disgusted by how poorly Mario handled this and how he's left me with damaged walls and a very poor carpet cleaning. During the time that they were attempting to clean that walls they were walking all over the wet carpet with dirty shoes so the carpet now has track marks all over it from their dirty shoes. I will never do business with this company again.

I called Mario on a Friday and he was able to schedule an appointment for me that very same weekend. When I spoke with Mario he asked for detailed information on the rooms needing care and the amount of wear. From there he was able to give me three reasonable options: basic steam, deep cleaning, extra protection. He made it clear what the (competitive) cost would be up front, and assured me there would be no hidden costs. I chose the middle option because we hadn't gotten a cleaning in a while. When Mario came to the house, he was friendly and professional. The job was taken care of in the time he quoted and the carpets looked GREAT! I hadn't realized the daily wear that I had become complacent about until they were bright and clean afterwards. For his up front honesty, professional demeanor and quality of work, I highly recommend Mario for your carpet cleaning needs.
