Great service! Quick and expert install (3 garages in a day). The price was the best from 3 different companies and they were the official recommended company from the garage manufacturer. Dealing with contractors can be a hit and miss sometimes but they honestly provided a sense of relief that good service and professionalism still exists.
I recently had my garage door replaced by Luxor. Their price is probably not the cheapest, and I do not have the expertise to judge their workmanship. But I do want to give compliment to their customer service. A few weeks after the installation, I painted the garage door to meet my HOA's requirement, and it stopped working after the paint. I called customer service at 8:30pm, they picked up the phone immediately, helped me troubleshoot, and solved my problem (the paint glued the weather seal and garage door together). That is the only customer service so far that answers my phone after business hours and solves my problem.
