The usual repair store that I’ve been going to has been closed for the past two days, so I decided to stop by here to get a protective screen for my parents and my new phone. The worker here says they provide this service and does my dad’s phone first. He messes up the first screen and tells my dad that he will throw it away since it was his mistake. It takes him 5 minutes to apply it on. My dad comes out and shows me his phone and there’s so much dust under the screen and a white hair stuck as well. My dad goes back to tell the man and he says it’s not his fault and that’s how my dad’s phone already looked? Obviously before applying the screen, you’d clean it? So now is it possible that it’s our fault for the dust and hair under the screen? He refused to fix it and said it was our fault….

I purchased a Bose L1 Pro 16 here. Communication was excellent and very clear. I was helped by Nam and he was was Super nice and helpful. They don't offer the low quality gear here, only new in box brand new items. I recommend paying in cash I am coming back next week with my dad who loves great quality karaoke machines!!

I found this place because it was the only place that had a phone in stock that I was looking for a while and needed it as soon as possible! I'm glad I found this place! I recommend it if you are looking for friendly staff and items that is out of stock or backed ordered anywhere else. I recommend it.

Luân is a great guy and provides top notch customer service! Prices are very fair and he has a very good selection of iPhones from numerous generations and all are either brand new or demos, no second hand stuff! He also sells nice speakers too from Bose and JBL along with a huge selection of mics. I’m going back again! Thanks Luân for the great service!!
