Our 4 year old Ollie wasn't feeling good for the past 2 days. He became inactive, weak and sad. My husband and I decided to take him to the Vet hospital for check up. His primary physician was unable to take him in today so my husband and I looked thru google and luckily found this great hospital. We called to inquire if we can bring Ollie. The lady who answered the phone was really helpful and professional. She texted the link for us to fill out the forms needed. We got there at exactly 130pm and we were greeted and assisted by the front lady. She is really nice.. She even offered us snacks and refreshments. We haven't eaten lunch yet because I had to leave work early to go home and pick up Ollie and my husband. While waiting for Ollie to be called, I had one bag of chips and coffee. My husband also had a bag of chips and a can of coke. We're impressed by the cleanliness of their facility. No bad smell. Ollie was called by the female nurse and we entered the examination room. She's also nice. She asked pertinent questions about Ollie. I could tell from her actions that she really care about our puppy. The examination room is also clean. The lovely doctor came. She examined Ollie carefully. Our dog wasn't terrified of her. Amazingly Ollie was cooperative. The doctor has a good assessment skills. She explained the treatment and gave us choices. The vet nurse came back and took Ollie to another room and administered the injection. We then waited in the front lobby. Another lady in the front explained everything before I paid. She gave me Ollie's medications and explain when and how to give them to Ollie. She's also knowledgeable. My over all rating for Lincoln animal hospital is 10 out of 10. Excellent service!!! Very professional staff. We will definitely come back with our 2 puppies for their regular shots. We're really thankful for the whole staff of Lincoln animal hospital. AC

We absolutely love Lincoln animal Hospital! Jessica at the front desk is always incredibly friendly and greets us when we arrive with a bright and happy smile. The entire staff is always so loving and kind to our animals, and that means the world to us!! We have worked mostly with Dr. Acevedo and she is absolutely amazing! She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and always listens and is thoughtful with her care! we are so grateful to have Lincoln animal Hospital as the place that takes care of our fur family members!

I absolutely love this animal hospital. I’ve taken all my dogs here and continue to take them for their annual vet visits, health concerns, and pretty much anything related to their health. Dr. Lan, Jessica, and the entire staff are incredibly caring and gentle with our dogs. Jessica is always checking in on us and asking us how we’re doing and how our dogs are doing. Dr. Lan is just the best vet for our dogs. He’s so patient and gentle with them especially since they tend to get pretty anxious going to the vet. All the staff are friendly. They provide excellent communication and are available by text, email, and phone. Their waiting room is always stocked with snacks and goodies for both pets and their humans. I can’t speak enough about this animal hospital. Thank you for taking care of our fur babies, Thor and Loki!

I live out of state and my kid lives here, when I called and spoke to them, the process was simple and they offered me a same day appointment for my kids Cat who needed to be seen. They told me that the Dr was very nice and front office staff as well! They loved your cat Gus and sent me a photo so cute! Thank you very much for everything and helping them out I appreciate very much. We will return.

I’ve been taking our senior chihuahua to see Dr. Lan for a few years now and it’s always been a positive experience. He always explains everything thoroughly and has not ever made me feel silly, judged, or rushed when asking questions about the situation at hand or the treatment options throughout the years. Front office staff and vet techs have always been welcoming, accommodating, and kind during every visit and the best thing has been their availability to see patients even on weekends. I’ve always appreciated staff at LAH being very accessible and responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails. The office itself is clean and welcoming as well. Would recommend to any pet parent.
