I want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Darren technician and Todd manager, the top technician in the service department of Lexus Service Westminster. My 2016 Lexus GS350 broke down outside the dealership with the transmission locked and the key system completely unresponsive, a situation that usually requires towing and a long diagnostic process. To make it even harder, this all happened on a rainy day. Most people would have stepped back and waited for better conditions, but Darren didn’t hesitate. He came out right away, in the rain, and took full control of the situation with total professionalism. Even though my car is an older model and the issue involved complex system codes, he worked through the diagnostics step-by-step, decoding the problem and solving something that normally takes hours or even days to figure out. His ability to battle through the math codes, safety locks, and weather at the same time was impressive. What stood out most was his calm, strategic approach. Instead of guessing, he followed the data, explained what he was doing, and made a stressful emergency feel manageable. It’s rare to meet someone in this industry who combines deep technical expertise, fast response, and genuine care for the customer. Daren is truly the reason I will continue bringing my vehicles here. The dealership is fortunate to have someone of his caliber leading the service team. Highly recommend!

As for the repair, it went smoothly, and my dad is super grateful for the free rental car service from Lexus for the time it took for my dad's car to get repaired. Everyone who has helped us at the repair shop has been super nice and helpful. :)
Stellar customer service. I had to get something fixed under warranty and they were very communicative throughout the process. Threw in maintenance on the serpentine belt for parts cost only. I think my rep's name was Brandon, he was great. They gave me a great loaner car in the meantime, everything was so easy. I ordered a part through Newport Lexus. It was delivered to the dealership a few days later, and when I arrived for pickup they doubled the price they quoted me over the phone. That day I went and ordered the same part through Lexus of Westminster, which delivered it to my house for free and charged less than what Newport had quoted me over the phone. Simply amazing. I felt compelled to leave a review for this honest dealership when most dealerships use such underhanded tactics to nickel and dime working people who just want a quality car. We need to support good businesses in our community and incentivize these exploitative businesses to revise their practices. I live in Newport Beach but I will drive up to Westminster Lexus going forward.

I took my car in for service in September to get the camera fixed/replaced. They replaced the camera but did not wash the car. Fine. When I drove home and reversed, they did not put back the grid lines back when going in reverse. So I had to contact them and bring it back again. I mentioned the lack of cleanliness considering they're suppose to wash my car. My trunk was working fine prior and I haven't had to use it until today.... Low behold, I can't open it. I finally really looked in my trunk and the dash cam I had installed before service, the wiring was never tucked back properly and a panel was left loose with no remorse. I've never been so unhappy with a Lexus dealership before.
