Great staff, I've only been there three times, but I've never had a bad experience. I will say though the last two times I've been there there is a soda or coffee machine for clients waiting in the waiting room that has not been fixed, and that's probably been 8 months, I kind of wonder why it's not fixed. I've spent a lot of money on maintenance maybe they could get it fixed LOL but otherwise really a nice place to get my car worked on. Very polite, and all in all very quick service (don't think it's Jiffy lube, they make sure your vehicle is 100% they give it a car wash, so sit down and enjoy one of the several TVs they have in the lounge along with a hot beverage)
I have always had my car serviced here. The staff always explains what will be done and how long it will take. A number of inexpensive restaurants are within walking distance if you choose to eat a good breakfast.
Brando Alegre is an excellent service representative. During my visit, Brando was professional, courteous and showed genuine concern for my service needs. Because of Brando, my experience at Lexus was exceptional. He will be my "GoTo" for all my future services. Outstanding job Brando!
I have heard bad things about This Lexus service center but only believe when I experienced for myself! They are unwilling to help and running around from their warranties / responsible for a 6 months old car! . In stead of find the way to help, they accused me of scratching the charging cable !!! Nonsense thinking!!! ( it has been used) and causing the problem. I m done with them and Lexus owner needs to be aware before have your car service here!!! They are basically just find The way to after your money! Nothing else!!’ BEWARE!!!
The Westminister Lexus Service Team is awesome! Jonathan kindly guided me through a major repair. He also arranged a Lexus Loaner Vehicle while my car was being serviced. Mina is an excellent technician and restored my car. Since it was costly repair, I was surprised but very grateful to be offered a Lexus Goodwill Assistance to help offset some of the expense. Shout out to Todd Lipps the manager. He is very supportive to his team and also was mindful of me having a positive experience with Lexus too. Definitely use Lexus Westminster Service ~ they care and it shows!
