Great staff, I've only been there three times, but I've never had a bad experience. I will say though the last two times I've been there there is a soda or coffee machine for clients waiting in the waiting room that has not been fixed, and that's probably been 8 months, I kind of wonder why it's not fixed. I've spent a lot of money on maintenance maybe they could get it fixed LOL but otherwise really a nice place to get my car worked on. Very polite, and all in all very quick service (don't think it's Jiffy lube, they make sure your vehicle is 100% they give it a car wash, so sit down and enjoy one of the several TVs they have in the lounge along with a hot beverage)
I have always had my car serviced here. The staff always explains what will be done and how long it will take. A number of inexpensive restaurants are within walking distance if you choose to eat a good breakfast.
Brando Alegre is an excellent service representative. During my visit, Brando was professional, courteous and showed genuine concern for my service needs. Because of Brando, my experience at Lexus was exceptional. He will be my "GoTo" for all my future services. Outstanding job Brando!
