I bought a $71 purse here for a gift on December 13, 2017. The intended recipient didn't like it. I said that's okay. The lady that sold it said that even though the receipt says 7-day return policy, they make exceptions for Xmas. I went to get the purse and called today January 7th, 2018, just 25 days, and I still have the receipt. A man answered the phone and said no. I asked if there is any way. He said no. I hung up and called the intended gift recipient to tell her. I then thought what if I paid a fee? So I called back, and he hung up on me. I called again, and he just let it ring. Sad. :-(
