DO NOT USE! Unprofessional and Aggressive…Read the other reviews of driving company vehicles. Not if but when they cause an accident, the lawyer will have a field day on past driving reviews. Today on the 91, a Chevy utility truck from this company almost caused us to wreck as they swerved around traffic to get one car ahead. The truck had a chiefs frame and sticker (chiefs suck!) and continue to drive aggressive until pulling over for who knows. When I called, they are apologetic and very aware of past instances. Hope you like working for someone else because eventually you will lose everything by continuing to allow this driving behavior as you are accepting all liability.

The roof itself appears to have been removed and replaced sufficiently, however not all of the terms of the written and verbal agreements were met as follows 1. The awning roofing was replaced solely to match the color of the roof and looks worse than it did previously. 2. Neither the kitchen nor bathroom fans were properly vented through the roof. 3. All debris was not removed from the fascia nor were we given the opportunity to do so or prime and paint before the flashing was applied. When requesting completion and remediation the sales rep said all they could do was paint the awning roofing white, said the venting was not in the contract (although was requested in multiple email and verbal correspondence) and sent us an additional 3k quote for the fascia priming and painting which would have cost a fraction of that had we done it ourselves prior. When refusing he would not return calls and emails and the owner hung up on me and placed a lien for the remaining balance due, which is the amount estimated to complete.

My condo had a severe leak and our HOA hired this company to do a patch initially on Jan 31st then a full roof replacement in March. I was contacted March 10th that work would begin. Finally a crew came March 31st to begin work on my unit and my neighbor's unit. The crew was off for the weekend then returned Monday April 3rd. They have not been back SINCE! I called their office on April 17th and was told a crew had completed their work and everything was cleaned up. I assured the representative that NO WORK was done on my unit and ALL of their tools and supplies have been left sitting on my roof. I was then told that the crew was on another job and would come back to my unit on Wednesday, April 19th. I have yet to be contacted and NO ONE come by. As you can see from the photos, not only is the roof exactly the same, there is a huge mess left behind. Honestly i am very disappointed in their service. This company has failed to communicate effectively which is completely unprofessional in my opinion. If it were up to me, i would NOT use their sevice ever!

Everything went smooth from the initial estimate with Rene to the tear off of the existing roof to the new install. Completed in 3 days. The crew was respectful and did a good job on the cleanup after. The office answered every email or text quickly. Would recommend to any family or friend.
