I typically take my car to the dealership for oil changes. I thought I'd give Jiffy Lube a try and save a few bucks. All was self explanatory, and they didn't try to over sell me on anything. HOWEVER, what I can't understand is why my cars software system was reset to factory settings. All my saved music channels were gone, and every single setting was reset. It took some time for me to reprogram it all. The last time I checked, an oil change doesn't require the software system to be reset?!?!?!? Rather odd and annoying.

They didn't patch my tire, just plugged it. But even that, they couldn't even plug it properly. The tire was still leaking. When I returned to their place, the manager said the only guy knows how to do it went home. What kind of shop that has only 1 person knows how to plug tire?

Their personnel displays honesty and integrity by making recommendations and showing me the part that should be replaced. In addition, their service was of world-class level and quick.

Fast and friendly service. I was out of there in a jiffy only took 15 minutes for a full synthetic oil change. Joseph and the Manager boj are honest people. I thought that I had had a big issue and all I needed was a new radiator cap. Will definitely be back. Thank you for your honesty.
