Fast and friendly service. I was out of there in a jiffy only took 15 minutes for a full synthetic oil change. Joseph and the Manager boj are honest people. I thought that I had had a big issue and all I needed was a new radiator cap. Will definitely be back. Thank you for your honesty.
Excellent experience. Always knowledgeable technicians. Service is quick and complete. We leave well informed on what service was done and what needs attention. Today, Wesley was so professional, nice and polite. Geo was great too. Jiffy Lube is our preferred choice for maintaining our cars upkeep. We trust their service completely.
First, I would like to give a shoutout to all the jiffy workers for working in this heat. I’m not sure if this was the manager but he acted like it, he kept on checking on his team and guests. He was very good with communication towards customers. I myself was fully satisfied with my experience here and will definitely come back and recommend to my colleagues. Loved the speed and efficiency delivered from workers. However, I do feel bad because there are customers who simply have no manners and respect towards the employees. There was a man there who was giving the workers a hard time for no reason whatsoever. Please appreciate your Jiffy workers and manager on Westminster.
This place sucks. Took an hour to do an oil change. Price was higher than what they quoted me, I was in a rush so I didn't check the receipt and didn't want to argue for a 10-20 dollar difference. When I had time to check they increased labor cost from what they quoted me by almost double. Not only that, they didn't reset my service reminder on my car, so my car thinks I still need an oil change. I honestly wonder what these guys were doing for an hour?
Took my car for oil change. Told me I needed brakes and rotors replaced. Told me brake pad was less than 2mm. Spent over $1000. Later found out I had service done in Lexus dealer only 5000 miles prior and had 7mm on my brake pad. I asked employee that I wanted the brake pad and rotor but they told me it was thrown out and was picked up while I was away for 2 hours while they were working on the job. I don’t trust this place.
