Beautiful little store. The owner was really nice and answered all my questions. I've been looking for a Cuban link necklace with diamonds. They explained the type and quality of diamonds. I ended up getting a bracelet to match the necklace. Looks amazing! Will definitely come back for other jewelry needs. This location is across from the Asian Garden Mall. The parent store is inside the mall. This location is easier to get in and out of though. Definitely worth a trip to see what they got, then you can get some bomb Viet food in the area.

Great customer service from them! They were very friendly and helpful! I came in to buy a matching bracelet and necklace set, so they showed me a few options. I settled on a beautiful beaded jade bracelet and a jade buddha necklace. They allowed me to try on different lengths and I found that 24inches was just perfect. I have had poor experiences with other jewelers in the past, but Jean’s Jewelry were nothing but welcoming! I definitely recommend at least coming in and looking around. Their store is gorgeous and there are variety of jewelry you can see on display. I will be coming back again!

I tried returning my ring because it didn't fit (they have a six day return policy) and the guy was on his phone. Didn’t even welcome me when I walked in. When he weighed the ring he just tossed the money on the table for me. Did not even hand me the money. When I asked to look at another ring he just tossed it onto the counter. SCRATCHING IT. There’s plenty of gold jewelers around here. I recommend going to the Asian garden mall across the street, they’re a lot nicer and will make you feel welcomed. If not. Bolsa street is known for gold jewelers. This one is not nice people.
