Lived here for 3 years. Neighbors are friendly and made lots of friends. Lot of good restaurants. But lot of homeless around . Campers parked on the side street and my car got broken into .. the gates can be easily accessed without the fob. I left my generator unattended for 15mins in the day timr and it got stolen. Both of my bikes were also stolen on different occasions even tho it was chained.

I lived here for about three years and had a very good experience overall. The apartment itself is well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the pricing felt reasonable for the quality and amenities offered. Maintenance deserves special mention — the team is responsive, well equipped, and requests were consistently addressed quickly and professionally. Inside the unit and within the community, everything felt orderly and well cared for, which made day-to-day living comfortable and hassle-free. The property also has regularly scheduled cleaning of common areas and night security patrols, which helped maintain order within the community. One thing worth noting is that the surrounding area can occasionally feel less clean, particularly during periods when nearby events are taking place. At times, there may be litter outside the property and the presence of individuals loitering in the immediate vicinity. While there were no direct confrontations or incidents during my stay, the presence and certain behaviors did occasionally make me feel uncomfortable. Overall, this is a solid place to live with strong management, good maintenance support, and well-kept interiors, and I would recommend it to anyone who values a well-run apartment community.

Absolutely Stellar Living Experience Highly Recommended! I lived at Jasmin Apartments in Westminster for two wonderful years, and I can confidently say it was one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, the management and maintenance team were exceptional professional, responsive, and always willing to go above and beyond (shout out to Kathy the manager for being the best!). Every request I submitted was handled extremely promptly and thoroughly, with full resolution and excellent communication. The apartment units themselves are phenomenal and far more spacious than what you’d typically find in the area, with smart layouts that make the space feel open and comfortable. A huge plus: the appliances are top-of-the-line. We’re talking full-size, modern, and well-designed, not the usual compact, cheap options you find in most rentals. The location is unbeatable, especially if you love Vietnamese food and culture. Being just a short walk to the Asian Garden Mall and surrounding restaurants, markets, and activities made it easy to enjoy delicious meals and explore the vibrant local community. I’m only moving out to be closer to work, but if that weren’t a factor, I would have gladly renewed my lease again. I highly recommend Jasmin Apartments to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed, and convenient home in the Westminster area. You won’t regret it!

My family and I have lived at Jasmine Place for the past 5 years and we love living here. Kathy does an excellent job running this place smoothly and making sure it looks clean and inviting for everyone. Thank you Kathy! We appreciate you and acknowledge all of the hard work you do in handling any issues, questions or concerns regarding the property. The patience and composure you keep when it comes to handling certain situations are admirable. Moving forward, I also wanted to mention that Cladio is very knowledgeable in his area of work . He is Respectful and professional as well.

I highly recommend living here, the place is super safe, you have restaurants, groceries and more stores in less than 5 min. Khaty the complex manager is the best, she's always pending to make our stay better and easier.
