My water heater stopped working this past Friday. I called Jacot Plumbing and their excellent customer service team was able to schedule an emergency same day visit for me. Matt and his team called within an hour stating that they had completed a job earlier than expected and could be on their way to my house if ok. When Matt and his team arrived, they were able to troubleshoot the problem and restart my water heater. Matt is very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the diagnostic tests that he was running. They even contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to inquire about the warranty remaining. They were transparent about their estimates and how much a replacement would cost should I need it in the future. My water heater is working great now. I highly recommend Jacot Plumbing and Matt due to their efficiency, professionalism, and high quality of service!
I love Jacot Plumbing! My technician was Chuck and he was awesome!! He spent nearly half an hour with my dishwasher to vet the issue and the told me I need to call a repair shop.
