I had reservations going to Howard’s to buy a new oven/microwave based on some not so good reviews. However, we started at Best Buy and that was really poor! No one around to help and the displays were very mediocre at best. We then headed over to Howard’s. OK I have to say Howard’s turned out to be an outstanding place to go. The moment we walked in the service rep was on the ball. Great display of a number of different appliances, price points etc. we found what we were looking for, concluded the deal and the appliances were installed 2 days later. The communication on our delivery with follow-up by the delivery guys 20 minutes prior to arrival was really outstanding. Installation was completed and turned out to be more work than expected but they were up to the task! So I would definitely buy any additional appliances through Howard’s again. Exceeded my expectations for sure!! I recommend visiting them as they seemed price competitive and certainly provided a great experience.

I want to give a big thank you to Davie YouSafie for their amazing service! From the moment I walked into the store, they were so kind and helpful. I purchased my appliances from them, and they took care of everything—including managing the installation. they made sure everything was delivered on time. Their service was top-notch and truly appreciated. This is actually my second time buying all my appliances from Howard’s, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend the Huntington Beach location to anyone looking for great products and excellent customer service!

After doing some research, we decided to check Howard’s in Westminster as they had a lot of refrigerators in stock and offered Same or Next Day delivery. As we entered the store, we were welcomed by Duy. Through the entire process, he provided us with a great customer experience. All our questions and concerns were addressed as Duy is very knowledgeable of the products. We will definitely return to Howard’s to purchase another appliance in the near future. Outstanding customer service by both Diane Dao and David Yousefi. Came in first about a week ago to get an idea of what was available and narrow down my picks. Diane was kind enough to get me quotes on two bundles from two different manufacturers. Came back today and was greeted by David who spent a lot of time with my husband and I reviewing the product features. Once decision was made he set up our purchase and delivery… could not have been an easier process and greatly appreciated David sharing his own experiences with the appliances we ended up choosing. Also ensured we got paperwork for rebates we were eligible for. Great experience!!

I needed a new washer and dryer, and I went into Howard's and got a great deal with delivery and installation the very next day. Best price and deal I could find. Delivery was set up early the next day and fast hook up along with hauling the old ones away.
