I went to this gym expecting a lot, and while the equipment is solid, it can get pretty crowded during peak hours. The classes are great, though! I might still stick around for the yoga sessions.
So let me start by saying that going to the gym for most people is a chore. House of power is a great spot to work out for any fitness goal. I take my son here and he is night and day different strength wise. The trainers there are all fantastic and definitely care about your results. Nyck the owner is very knowledgeable in everything from fitness to nutrition. If you have a student athlete and want major gains this is the spot! Even if you're a novice-expert lifter this is the spot for you! They have everything you need and more to help your fitness goals!

There employees attack customers thinking they are strong man, after trying to reach managment to tell the incident which no body answers very hard to get to talk to anyone when they have a closed gym door, after a day they blocked me from access, to gym...i barly trained aweek , i never had an issue with any other gyms , yeah the gym has some good equibment but bad employee's be carfuell they can attack any moment i guess the hermons affecting there brains.am not sure but they could be racist some of the employees....thanks for the time ,just be aware and advised that they charged 50 dollors of my subscribtion which they canceled ...for a week of training ...its kinda robbery...have a good day folks..
I came in for a day pass since I'm in the area for a day and it didn't disappoint! Friendly staff, lots of unique equipment for strongman and powerlifting. Give them a try if you're looking for a more serious gym experience.
Best gym in the LA/OC area. Been coming to HOP for years. After many failed attempts of different gyms in the area, glad to have found a place where egos are checked at the door. Rare to find one like this.
