It's about what I expected. Needed a place to go for two nights. Rooms felt clean. Service was great. We had no issues or problems at all. Parking was good. Rooms were a bit old but no bugs. The cooler did have a funky smell but to be honest most hotels I've stayed at in this part of California have had this type of musty smell. I would stay here again.

I have worked and stayed in many 5 top rated hotel chains. So, DO NOT expect a fancy hotel & top accommodations. The room was basic & due for an upgrade. For me, I just needed a place to crash for six nights & didn't expect anything else. - Price: Hit on the mark. Great price. - Location: Excellent. Close to everything. - Safety/Parking: Great. No issue. Enough lighting. - Room: Need more sunlight coming in. The missing Light & Airy Translucent was a major disappointed.I wasn't be able to fully open dark thick curtain to get natural light in without people sneaking inside of my room. - Wifi: fast! You need to use VPN to sign in payment financial sites. - Costumer Service: Really don't like the attitude of the old Indian front desk guy. The younger dude who worked in morning shifts was nicer.

No complaints, my room was clean and spacious, had a reasonable sized fridge and a microwave which was very convenient. I enjoyed the neighborhood, convenience options very close by, and nice local market. Felt safe walking around the area and even to the convenience store at night. Great place, especially for the price. Staff may not be talkative but everyone was kind. I would stay here again.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. Upon check-in, we found leftover food in the fridge from the previous guests. Although we reported it right away and were assured the room would be cleaned the next morning, it wasn’t. When we followed up later in the evening, management refused us access to the reception area, citing the late hour and safety concerns. Having to raise the cleanliness issue three times, only for it to remain unresolved, left a lasting negative impression on our stay.

Absolutely will not come back. The service was okay and honestly im not gonna say much about service because I had very little interaction with the staff and do not wish to speak to the staff at all. But hey whatever gets the job done. I think over all the service was somewhat whatever. I don't understand why we prepaid for the room and we didn't pay when we were done with out stay. The location is a little bit sketchy for me and honestly do i think it is inviting? Not really. I think the location of where the hotel is and how it looks doesn't make it really appealing to the crowd. At night sometimes it can get a little sketch. I heard some weird stuff outside of my room at night but no biggie right? Just another night. The room I mean sure you have two beds but it smelled really bad in the room that I had and the place although looks clean im not sure if I could trust it since I was hit by the bad smell. Sitting on the beds or touching any surface felt like it was also unclean. The beds looked kept i guess but they also seem old and not well kept when you take a closer look. Turning off the air conditioner apparently helped the bad smell go away which is a big concern. Overall I don't think ill come back to this hotel In short my experience here was not the best experience. It may be the worst experience I have had at a "hotel" if you could even call this one. I honestly think that in some way this might be worse than a super 8 or a motel and well I think if you come here good luck to you and hope you can get a better experience since mine was not good.
