I had been wanting to treat myself after a stillbirth on Easter, so my best friend took me to check out the many jewelry stores at Asia Garden Mall. What stood out at HAJ was the customer service. The manager Tina was helping a mother and daughter when we got there but still greeted us warmly. While we were browsing earrings, I overheard the conversation she was having with the mother and daughter and it was very sweet. It made me decide that this is the store I would like to purchase my self gift from. I shared what happened with our baby and she was extra wonderful about helping me find the right bracelet and earrings. She also sounds very knowledgeable about jewelry and lit up when she shared about the customization options. I am so happy with my purchases and I wish I still lived in OC so I could get something customized from her.

The ring selection here is incredible! Super high quality stones, metals and great finish! Bought a couple rings from Tina as well as some earrings and I could not be happier! She doesn't try to upsell or upcharge and gives a low price out of the gate! I am going to go back for every piece of jewelry from now on! 100% recommended if you need any jewelry!

Hoan Anh Jewelry is an absolute top tier jewelry association. This Jeweler has been a part of our family for the last 10 years and has supplied my wife with her engagement ring, down to my child's first earrings. They are extremely well priced and specialize in all diamond cuts, carats and Gia a certified diamonds. Their customer service is top-tier and far above and beyond. Should you need knowledge on jewelry pieces, custom rings or anything of the sort, ask one question and they will be sure to provide edification. I wouldn't dream of going to any other location than this one. If you're in the market for diamonds or any kind of jewelry pieces, make sure to stop by this location as you'll be in for a treat. My two siblings and I visited this shop on September 12, 2023, and we received a total of 8 piercings for $300. 1) One of my sister's piercings healed so poorly that she had to visit another piercing shop for after-care multiple times, after Tina was condescending to her on the phone. 2) One of my piercings was done crooked, and I could not get earrings in without someone else helping me. It never healed properly, and still has a lump of scar tissue six months later, even though I let it close back up. 3) Another of my piercings was misaligned (crooked relative to the other ear), so I am letting this one also close up and got it fixed by another shop. Out of the 8 piercings we had done, 3 were done poorly and led to us spending an additional $150+ in total. We would really recommend going to a place that uses a needle instead of a gun, regardless of the spiel that Tina uses to convince people that a gun is better.
