I worked with Alan Deleon, one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of working with and would definitely recommend them to anyone that has any issues with their garage door. The price was very reasonable considering I called someone else about working on my garage doors and the best they could tell me was they needed to replace both doors and neither door could be fixed(the price for both doors to be replaced was going to be 2 grand per door). So glad I called around and got another opinion. Honestly I wish Alan Deleon did more work than garage doors because he was very professional and I would have him work on other projects I have. Alan Deleon did an amazing job with all the wiring and new motors he put up. OVERALL GREAT JOB. Thank you so much.
I was very happy with Tommy from Heritage Garage Doors. He responded very quickly; was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and did a great job at a very reasonable price. This is the second time in 24 years I've used them and will definitely call them again when the need arises.
They were very responsive and respectable. They answered all my questions over the phone of what was needed. They said they could have a technician there within two hours. When the technician David Pearson showed up, he was very knowledgeable of what was wrong with my door when giving me my free estimate. He also had all the supplies needed if we did choose to fix it on the spot. I did ask him to replace the internal tension bar with the external spring and he was able to do it in a matter of an hour. So glad he was able to come fix my garage door. Same day to get it working highly recommend for anybody thinking of needing service for the garage door.

I can't say enough good about Heritage Gar. Drs. or the technicianThomas, who came out to help me. I had an emergency service due to damage from someone running into the garage door with it being shut. As you can imagine, it caused quite the damage... I contacted heritage garage doors this morning at 8:00am. I was greeted very promptly and had a technician scheduled to arrive between 11:30-1:00 the same day. I received a text at 11:45 saying my technician was on his way. The technician, I really went out of his way to repair what was left of my garage door to make it usable in the meantime as we process an order to replace what will be needed to be replaced. You can bet that the next time. I need service, an upgrade new or a replacement. Heritage Garage door will be my very first call.
