I was somewhat worried about using Help U Sell thinking they might undercut services to save me money. I was surprised that wasn’t the case. I got my home listed fast and sold it fast. The broker responded timely to all my concerns, went over the paperwork, and found a buyer for me in 2 weeks. We did the first 2 open houses on Sat and Sun, and had some interest, but no immediate offers. On the second week, however we got a close to asking price offer and re-countered and got accepted. Overall, I am very pleased and saved quite a bit by putting some elbow sweat.
