Horrible experience. Went bc I saw so many good reviews. First thing the dental assistant told me when doing my xray was "Wow you need braces. If you have braces you'll be much prettier. Oh you must just have came over from Vietnam huh?" Like they're that money hungry wanting to force us into getting braces right away? Also to say that what, Im ugly if I dont have braces? And also implying that the only reason my teeth is overcrowded is because I came from Vietnam? Really? So much judgement right off the bat. I let it slide. Then once the xray film machine slides down she scolds me saying it's all my fault if this breaks! It's worth 20k! It's expensive! And went on and on. I didn't come here to be lectured. Such an unpleasant experience and so disappointing. Then the final straw, she handles and moves my face so roughly. Like you can't use words to tell me to turn left or right? No customer service, treats you with no respect, I regret wasting my time coming here.

After discovering Dr. Tran through the provider's list and reading positive reviews, I decided to give her a try, hoping the reviews were accurate. To my delight, Dr. Tran exceeded my expectations. The cleaning process, for the first time ever, felt relaxing and enjoyable. Upon booking for a filing, Dr. Tran continued to impress. The procedure was not only exceptionally well-done but also painless, making it seem more like a spa experience than a visit to a dental clinic. Additionally, she skillfully corrected the position of one of my teeth with care and precision. I confidently rate Dr. Tran 10/10 and encourage others to give her a chance. Trust me, you won't regret it—I only wish I had discovered her earlier.

Dr. Tran is incredible, she would comfort her patients with her lovely singing while cleaning their teeth. Therefore, at times the cleaning procedures will go by quickly without you realizing it's halve an hour or more. Often, she would asks her patients if the procedures are hurting them or not in order to ease up and be more gentle. In addition, Dr. Tran would make small talks and take her time to know her patients in order to develop a friendly environment for her practice. Hence, I am confident to say that Dr. Tran is the best at her profession and clients that come to seek her for dental procedures will not regret it! P.S. I have been seeing Dr. Tran for the past 2 years and I can say I am truly happy about her work!

I 100% highly recommend this orthodonist office. Dr. Giang Tran is my favorite dentist!!! She is so GENTLE! Since childhood all my previous dentist have been rough and unsympathic about the patient. Dr. Tran is the best, she cares about you and if you show pain or discomfort she will stop and focus on making you comfortable again before proceeding. Dr. Tran's team is friendly and professional. They are accurate with appointment times so you rarely need to wait. Appointments highly recommended, as Dr. Tran is the primary dentist working. I use to avoid going to the dentist. Now I look forward to going every year.
