Everyone was professional and kind. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained things well. I was frustrated with the selection of eyeglasses because they don't carry my favorite brand. Also the doctor gave my prescription to the sales person so I didn't feel like I could go anywhere else. So I settled for a pair that will be okay but certainly not excited about.
I have been with this Lenscrafter's office for ten plus years and despite the turnover of the managing optometrists, they took care for my needs extremely well. They are friendly and take care of you. Even if you stop in for glasses cleaning and top up on lens washing solutions, they treat you very well.
I received excellent service from EyeExam of California and LensCrafters in Westminster CA. Dr. Hii was very thorough in her examination of my eyes. She was informative and offered many suggestions about ways in which I can maintain the overall health of my vision. Joby was equally helpful and friendly in helping me select features of my new eyewear at an affordable price. I highly recommend them.
Everyone I dealt with during my visit was extremely courteous and professional. I truly enjoyed the whole experience.
Staff was extremely friendly, caring, and informative. Everyone that I encountered had excellent customer service and was so nice. I saw Dr. Lindsay Fricke and she was awesome. She even helped me pick out some frames for my first pair of glasses that best suited my face. Amazing staff would highly recommend. 100% satisfied!
