So much to like about your new office. I felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Making an online appointment was easy. The doctor was knowledgable, thorough and took her time to make sure I received the correct prescription for my eyes. The specialist was extremely patient with me as I browsed for new frames, even taking me around the store to see similar frames. My new glasses were ready before the estimated day and the gentleman who helped me also adjusted and cleaned my old pair.
Staff was extremely friendly, caring, and informative. Everyone that I encountered had excellent customer service and was so nice. I saw Dr. Lindsay Fricke and she was awesome. She even helped me pick out some frames for my first pair of glasses that best suited my face. Amazing staff would highly recommend. 100% satisfied!
