Fountain Valley Grocery Outlet is the best of all the locations that I've been in. The cashiers are the terrific. I've been shopping here for years. It's nice to be recognized when you go in there. It's like a small town store where you feel like family. Even other shoppers are nice. They have a lot of gluten free foods at more affordable prices. I have found unique foods that I would never have tried at the pricier stores.
Second time I come here and I feel as I'm being followed. Was browsing trying to stock up on items I usually get from another grocery outlet. Especially since certain name brand items are cheap at grocery outlets. I was looking for a few things and moved on to look for coffee filters. As soon as I turn to aisle two I hear over the intercom, "courtesy on two." Felt as though it was code for eyes on two. Needless to say, I didn't continue browsing around and got coffee filters and left. Although this grocery outlet is now the closest grocery outlet to me, I won't be coming here anymore.
The employees and Mitch the owner are all so nice and very helpful. The Food and Wine prices are amazing! They also carry well known beauty products at great deals. Always fun to see all the new stuff that comes in weekly. Thanks!
This is, by far, my favorite Grocery Outlet ever! I'm a fan of their organic section specifically. I always find a fresh selection at a considerably lower price than the name brand stores. They are always super helpful with wine recommendations as well. Go on a Wednesday for even more savings! Cheers!
I don’t understand why all of the new people that are hired Here are giving just dirty. Looks all the time. The new cashier yazmeez always gives attitude and dirty Looks towards me for no reason. I think they should install self checkout lines so I don’t have to wait for the person to walk to the register because they’re just talking to the manager on duty off in the plant section
