Nice experience, caring eye doctor helping me find the best lenses for my eyes. Nice staff, with big smiles. The girl that helps fit your glasses is super kind and sweet. Front desk staff is inviting! 😊 I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a doctor and staff that listens and takes the needed time with you.
Great customer service. They helped me pick out a frame because you have to try many frames to find the right one and they were so patient. Didn’t rush me or anything. Came to pick up frame and they helped me adjust my other sunglasses, which they didn’t have to but they did! Thank you so much for great service. I bought two pairs already and will come back for more in 2025!

The entire staff is friendly and made my first vision care appointment wverycomforable and elaxed. My question were aswered thoroughly and it was apparent that taking care of my vision care needs was priority #1.
I had a great experience here as a new patient. Dr. Tiffany Liu was very professional and efficient during my contacts exam. She answered all my questions and made sure to explain all the steps of the exam. After my exam, Jackie processed my order and she was very nice! She let me know about a rebate program so I could save a bit of money, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend Golden West Optometry!
