Complete trash, don’t ever deal with this business. The owner is short tempered, rage at everything and quit after not being able to move an item.
This company is not reputable and conscientious, always complains and is very cunning, specializes in asking customers how many items they have... if there is more than the expected number in the phone, they always charge extra for this and that... you should be careful!
The Vietnamese owner booked the appointment and she kept changing the time on me. She ended up canceling my appointment the last minute and I was told that she keeps doing it to her customers frequently. This is not how you run a successful business and I don't want other people to make the same mistake that I did. What a lousy business practice!! The owner is so downright shady
They came to my apartment and used my restroom the second they came in without even asking for permission. They then proceeded to look around at all my furniture and boxes and said “wow that’s a lot of stuff” and then complained about how there’s no parking spaces. We had agreed to an initial price beforehand and they said they would do it but on the day of moving when we raised the price due to their complaints of no parking spaces, they still refused to do it. Then they drove away, forcing us to call around looking for other movers. This is a scam, these lousy movers purposely refuse on the day of moving so you would raise the price outrageously. Don’t ever hire these rude, unprofessional and useless people. Don’t bother hiring them they’re not worth the time and money, there’s better movers out there than these disgusting people.
