I thought it tasted great for the price. The tamale was flavorful and the taco was good. Not necessarily the best Ive ever had but very good nonetheless. Worth going for a quick bite.
Amazing food and friendly service every time! Junk Smiths team love to have lunch at George’s Mexican Food , it is hands-down one of the best local spots in Huntington Beach! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned — you can tell everything is made with care. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the staff treats you like family. Whether we’re grabbing burritos, tacos, or their incredible carne asada fries, it always hits the spot. It’s become a go-to lunch stop for our Junk Smiths crew — nothing beats a solid meal from George’s after a long day of work! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food with great vibes and consistent quality. 🌮🔥
The food here is delicious and affordable. I usually get the chili rellano and its only $1 more for a two item so why not add a taco. Drive through and dine in options available.
A small hole in the wall mom and pop restaurant that does mostly take out. And the food is good and fairly plentiful. I notice Huntington Beach police officers ordering from there too so you know it must be a good place.
Not sure what everyone in Huntington Beach is raving about. If you want actually good Mexican food go to Santa Ana. I ordered a torta especial, not sure what’s special about it, the carnitas was dry and chewy with a slap of mayo lettuce tomato and some grilled onions…especial lol. My gf got some carne asada tacos which she stated the meat was chewy as in it was most likely just reheated. I will say this though they play the jams in there.
