I researched Freeway for their rates. And then called. They were busy. So I went there without an appointment. Bianca, the manager greeted me. She and her coworker were polite and professional. She then met with me. And explained my options. And even accommodated my payment plan. She was very thorough and transparent so I understand everything clearly. Most importantly she did not force me into signing any thing till I had peace of mind. I assure you she will do the same for all prospective customers. Thank you Bianca. First and far most I wanna say excellent customer service to Freeway Insurance. Angela Ramos helped me get my quote and car insurance for today. Her customer service was excellent and she made sure I was satisfied with everything before processing the payment. I highly recommend going to Freeway Insurance for great prices. Thank you again.

I just love my agent Alejandro he was so polite pleasant and helpful. He made my experience go as smoothly and easy and efficiently as possible.
