I happened across 5 star auto repair, walking with gus to get some groceries. We'd lost his acordian down that clipped on his vest so I had no way to give him water. Haun was busy power washing what I know was a very large engine or that's what it looked like on a block. I asked him if he had a cup for some water for gus. I thought he was annoyed. But he had gone inside to get us bottled water never saying a word just a nod and back to working hard. I don't drive anymore since my accident. Gus is nos legally a service dog and we walk everywhere. I appreciate the kindness of the quiet mechanic Haun. He didnt complain that I interrupted his work, he didnt spray some hose water in a dish. He didnt make us feel like we were an imposition. He handled my request the same as that engine. A given task meant to be handled correctly. Thanks Haun. You've got 5 stars from me!

Be careful with these guys. They saw a girl by herself on a rainy day and tried telling me if I drove my car any further my engine would rupture. Said it would be about $3,000 to replace. I however, wanted a second opinion. I had a few friends look at my car including the dealership, and it just ended up being an easy $200 fix.
