This boutique studio is such a welcoming community where clients can experience skilled teachers with high quality instruction and smaller class sizes that allow intimate connections among teachers and students. I just love how safe and supported I feel in this space, and I am free to be me without any judgement. It's a home where you can go and feel grounded and peaceful in a yoga class, get a killer workout in a sculpt or mat pilates class, and be social and build friendships at various events and workshops. This studio truly cares about each and every student's wellbeing and wellness goals. I highly recommend! LOVE!

I loveeee this studio… It’s not just a workout/yoga studio but it’s definitely a community of support, love, friendship, and everything in between… I know days when Im not feeling it, I would go not just for the workout but also for the instructor, and the the ppl…and that goes a long way!!! From slow flow to early-rise power yoga to sculpt to Pilates…they have it all!!! I have been with this studio for many years now and am very happy. The ladies there have become my friends, and my mentors!!!

I have been practicing with Elevated since their opening. I find the classes to be dynamic and challenging, but also rejuvenating. I’m much stronger through my practice. I move better and it has helped me with staying strong and agile as a mountain biker. Their yoga program is excellent for high performance athletes. I also like the people that attend the classes. They make up a nice little community and we always have a great time sweating it out and challenging ourselves to improve.

The best kept little secret! This boutique yoga and Pilates studio is a gem! I love the intimate classes in this inviting and welcoming space. Class offerings are varied - from yoga flow, slow flow and power yoga to yoga sculpt, Pilates reformer and Pilates mat classes. Excellent, well trained and caring teachers. The emphasis is on overall wellness so you can also take workshops or join in on retreats. Paula and Jackie have created a uniquely special place and I can’t recommend it enough.

The May Movement Challenge benefited me in so many ways. For me it began as a challenge to myself to attend one class each day in May. It did not take long before I started seeing positive results, not only in my physical appearance, but also in my increased strength and energy levels. On top of that, I was awarded with Elevated merch and clothing courtesy of Miken, as well as the opportunity to attend Shivani’s Ayurvedic class. But the biggest reward I received was getting to know all the wonderful instructors and fellow yogis which allowed me to build a deeper connection within this amazing Elevated Living community. ❤️
