Just had the worst experience here ever!!!! Please stay away!! Drove from LA here to have my documents translated for tax purposes and was quoted a few hours. No worries there. I went on to do errand since I was already down here. Went back when they told me and was advised that they were not done (didn't even start yet). I told them to give me a time because I don't live in the area. The evil manager from your worst nightmares replies - it will be done when I call you. What kind of service is this? I took back my documents went to a nearby place and they took care of it in an hour. Oh yeah, forgot to add I paid half of the price this place quoted. Geez, I wonder how they are still in business? It's these kinds of people that make me feel ashamed to admit I'm Asian. All they see are dollars and not the person. Stay Away Please!!!!
The service is very nice. They take care of all my documents carefully, and advise me on what I need to do.
This service is a $$$ rip-off, be careful when filing taxes here. The price is almost double the price of other places, so they will never tell you the service fee in advance.
Tax return is twice as expensive as other places, but work is sloppy.
