Unfortunately I purchased the extended warranty along with wheel and tire coverage as well. What a rip off. We were left stranded all weekend in 9° weather on a Friday night 2 hours from town until Monday because they didn't have after hours service center. No one to authorize any repairs. No one to send someone to get us off the side of the freeway. My husband paid out off pocket for the repairs due to the dire circumstances. This was an extreme emergency where our lives were in jeopardy. We related this to the financial representative who sold us these policies. The financial representative for Dennis dillon assured us he'd help us since they are 3rd party administrators. After a few weeks this guy no longer returns phone calls. My husband leaves a truthful review of our experiences with this dishonest company and guess who gets the owners attention. He asked my husband to remove his review in hopes the owner would work with the warranty company to returning the money we spent out of pocket. He lied. My husband again posted our losey experiences with Dennis dillon, their representatives and the owner. After ghosting my husband's emails for weeks my husband's review somehow got his attention instead. Poor management style. Absolutely no excuse for not replying to your customers. He again assured my husband we'd be returned our money and in good faith my husband removed his review. We have not received the money back. Its been months. My best advice to anyone looking at trailers or rvs is don't purchase a trail trailer let alone an extended warranty from Dennis Dillon as the owner and it's representatives are dishonest and have no credibility whatsoever when it comes to communication or following up on commitments made.

Lisa, my service advisor, gave me personal, professional service as always. She will go beyond the call of duty to ensure her customers are satisfied and well taken care of.
