This review is for my personal trainer, John. I’ve been training with John for over a year now, and I can confidently say it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. What started as a simple goal to lose weight and become healthier has turned into a complete lifestyle transformation. He didn’t just help me with workouts—he helped me reshape the way I think about health, food, and self-discipline. I now make wiser food choices, understand my body better, and most importantly, I see food and fitness from a much healthier and more balanced perspective. His guidance, support, and constant motivation have made a lasting impact on my life. He pushes me to be better, not just physically but mentally as well. I truly appreciate everything he’s done to help me become the best version of myself. I wouldn’t be where I am today without his help, and I’m forever grateful. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and will go above and beyond to help you reach your goals, he’s the one. About the gym itself, it's always clean and staff are friendly and welcoming.

This gym has a great atmosphere! It is clean and the equipment is new. They have all the equipment for strength training you could need. They have a sauna and a jacuzzi too. The gym also plays great music to workout to! I highly recommend this gym to anyone!

I've been coming here since the opening day. They had done a great job with the place. The equipment is new and always clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Fantastic gym, many available amenities, convenient location and plenty of parking spaces.

This is my first gym i’ve ever been to and I love it here. It’s only $25 a month and the environment is great and clean. Great staff and everyone here is just friendly and polite.

Gym is good, plenty of equipment and amenities. My only gripe is in the afternoon/evening it gets packed full of teenagers and they play awful music to cater to the young crowd so I just go early in the morning..
