I've been coming here for about 3 years and my dog loves it! The staff is always friendly and helpful as well as affectionate toward my dog! Lexi really went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out today!

Unsanitary. As I was approaching the business with my dog Gerald, I noticed a foul stench, as I walked closer I noticed there was bags of dogs poop splattered all over the sidewalk. Directly in front of the business. Only could of came from one place. Disgusting. I immediately turned around and took my business elsewhere. I advise the same. Attached are photos.

I am writing this with a heavy heart. During what supposed to be a 2day stay, my beloved Roxy tragically DIED. She got GVD (bloat) while under their care. She was rushed to the emergency hospital, it was severe according to the xray. Due to her age (12yrs old), she would likely not survive the 10k surgery. I made the painful decision to have her euthanized. All this happened while I was at a town, plus the facility does not provide an emergency phone number during non-business hours. The communication after the incident, was cold and dismissive. To this day, I am left with unanswered questions about what truly happened, especially when her vet wrote a doctor's note saying she was in good health to board at this resort. When I was grieving and desperate for answers, the owner finally called. His call came in as if it was an inconvenience (24hrs later). He was rude, cold and completely lacking compassion. He was sarcastic by saying " what do you want me to do? Give you one of my dogs?". He was yelling at me. He was defensive and was completely void of empathy. When I asked to return the money that I had spent so far, he said. "That's not going to happen", with a disdain tone. I ended up hanging up on him, and he later wrote a long text, and at the end he apologized for his emotions getting the best of him. By this time the damage was done. If you value your pet's life, I strongly urge you to take them somewhere else. I wouldn't want someone else to go to the same tragedy,pain and heartache as I have.

I boarded my pet here and he came back with lacerations on his nose. I called many times and sent many emails and they never answered. Super unprofessional. I would never trust them to care for my dogs again.

Crossroads is one of the best dog training facilities that I have seen. They were able to train my four month old puppy and Well behaved valued member of the family. The attention to detail and reporting was amazing.
