We’ve already been a long time customer with Cole Services for our air-conditioning. Today I had the pleasure of working with Drazen and Jacob for replacing our water heater for my parents home. The process was very smooth. It was installed all in the same day, clean, and it was quick. They explained each step of the way and made things very easy for us. Cole installed my new hot water heater last year. I recently had trouble with the vent on top of the heater. Cole stepped forward and fixed the issue. The owner, Jonathan personally intervened to be sure the fix was completed appropriately and everything met my expectations. Shout out to Cole plumbing.
I would like to thank the air conditioning technician Nico Lopez for the excellent service he provided us. He was very friendly, punctual, and professional throughout the entire visit. He took the time to clearly and thoroughly explain the condition of our AC system, answering all of our questions with patience and expertise. His friendly attitude and honesty gave us a great deal of confidence. We definitely recommend his services and truly appreciate the excellent work he did.

He quickly diagnosed the HVAC issue and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. His work was efficient, clean, and done with great attention to detail.
