I can always trust Chu Chau. He took care of my car when it sat in place for 2 years. Returned it looking clean, running fresh, and all at a fair and honest quote. I can trust Mr Chau to handle my car!

(Very poor customer service and inconsistency with price quoted. He quoted me a very specific price and a couple of weeks later I was ready to have that repair. I called on a Monday, he remembered me, I asked to bring the car and he told me he can only do the next day in 9am. I rescheduled all of my appointments and took the morning off. I come there at 8:50am and the place is closed. I call at 9:10am when it's still close and the guy answeres and claiming he's inside and will open the shops door. 20 minutes later I call again and he says again he's opening the door. 15 minutes later he opened the door. 45 minutes later he tells me that the part needed can be in the shop at 3pm and I can pick up the car at 5pm. Mind you I'm not local to him and drove an hour and a half to save a buck on the repair due to the better quote he gave. I asked why he did not order the part yesterday's morning when he scheduled the appointment with me for today. He never answered. I then asked if I can get the part to make it faster and he said yes But then quoted me for labor what he quoted me for the repair to begin with when he's supplying the part. We went back and forth for a minute there until I just gave up! It is sad that after I made all the necessary changes to my schedule and booked the appointment and drove all that time I went back on my way empty handed. It's even sadder that places like this still exist and have people business with this type of poor and bad business practice and awful customer service in an Era where people share experiences and everything is public on different social platforms. This is my 2 cents on a personal experience. Save your time and go to a legitimate business.

Do not work carefully, scratch the car. they are unprofessional. get money back expensive compared to other places It was so rewarding to bring a new car here and get scratches
