I usually use the ATM at this branch to withdraw money. But today I have a terrible experience with the teller in this branch. He does not respect the client. He never know how to say "How can I help you or could you please ... " . I just say "put the card", "how much" , "anything else", "100 dollars bill" , " thank you" . I feel that I am begging him to withdraw the money for me. Oh my god ! He is making the Chase bank worse and worse to the client. He see his name tag on his shirt as "Tyler". I am happy when he can speak Vietnamese but I am very angry when he supports me. I can not know the reason why he pass the interview and work in the Chase Bank. A advice to him is that If you do not have the passion and love the job you are working, please quit and find the other job. You are impacting to the other staffs and the company.

This is the worst Chase branch I've been to. Many times, I've driven up to the drive-thru only to find the machines out of service—they can't dispense cash or accept deposits, even during business hours. On at least three occasions, I had to walk into the branch and ask someone to put out a cone to warn customers that the machines were unusable. The location is also a hassle—traffic is a nightmare, and getting in and out is difficult. Plus, the bumpers are terrible.

I don’t understand why this Chase location hasn’t gone through restructuring yet! It seems like it’s been mismanaged for a while….there’s no such thing as customer service at this bank, from the front line to the back. The employees are rude and completely unhelpful. Please stay away from this branch if you really want to keep business with Chase!

Was having issues with opening a business bank account online, and worked with Ha Nguyen here to get one easily set up. Was in and out within about 20 minutes. Also helped me set up the account within my mobile app, so that I'd have easy visibility into both my personal and business accounts. Great service!

This review for Helen. She was initiate called me out of the blue and left a message, offered to help me!!! Okay, I did not ask for any help but since she offered through the phone; I called her back to request new money for Lunar New Year and some green money to travel outside the country. She said “sure”, she can help me with my request. Helen set an appointment to see me 4 days later which is today (02/10/2024). Today, I dropped everything and came to see her, she said she does not have it!!! I figured out the reason she tried to fishing me into the bank was persuaded me to be private client. Why did she just informed me over the phone the real reason instead of promised things that she can not honor it. Lack of professionalism, lied and fishing client that how I observed the way she does her job in banking institution. I will transfer my money to another bank that I have. So dishonest and costed my time consuming!!!
