Looking to sign up for a new account and at first went to the branch on Beach and Garden Grove. Rude security guard, lines about a block long. And not to mention the difficulty getting into the plaza with the bumper to bumper traffic going on. This branch is hidden and not crowded at all there were maybe one or two people in line. My new banker Hai greeted me as quickly as I came in. And assisted me with setting up a Military veteran account. As a veteran I don't like being in one location too long and he got me out of there quick and easy. Was done in what seemed like a matter of minutes. He has absolutely great customer service skills. His service is impeccable. If he is not the Branch manager then they need to make him one. Extremely satisfied with the service I received and am glad I gave Chase a second chance and signed up for a new checking and savings account. Thanks Hai for making me a happy customer.

Very happy with Chase customer service here 👍👍👍. I came here late around 3:30 pm not enough time for the staff help me to open an account but Mr Hai Pham is still trying to help & give me an appointment for next week. I’m very appreciate his time. He’s really did a good job 👍. Youth & generosity!

We came last Friday to open a credit account and did not really get much of the help from the bank employees. Account was denied in the end and we successfully opened a new one in another branch.

Worthless in so many ways. The ATM spits out more bills than it accepts, most of the time never accepting them even when reiserted many times. The staff is clueless and a complete pain to work with. I went in today to send a simple wire transfer with no success. Should have been a easy transaction but it turned out to take over a hour of my time just to leave without sending money. They told me that my LLC's account will not allow us to send money internationally because we don't have $50,000. in it. I said why would I need 50k to send 2k? They said over and over how there was no way for me to do it so I demanded a manager. The guy who clearly didn't know what he was talking about claimed to be the manager. I laughed and said the branch manager doesn't greet people at the door and do wire transfers so get you boss little kid. after a little back and forth of course there were people above him that came and spoke to me. After talking with them for only 2 or 3 min they explained that I don't need 50k as I said a dozen times that there was another option and it would just cost a couple more dollars. I said fine and they left me with the same guy who couldn't get it done the first time and yet again he hits a brick wall with a easy fix that he was not smart enough to find his way around. We only had the banks name and not full routing number so he said there was nothing he could do. I just grabbed my id and left, went down to B of A, ten minutes later the money was sent like I needed. That guy was smart enough to just look up the routing number and had no issues sending money like a bank should. I will not be doing much if any business with chase in the future.
