We had a bad experience earlier today. There is no sign where we should stand to wait for banker. The bank teller did not have the effective communication skill to explained what we need to do next. it was wasted of time and at the end we could not solve the problem. they don't even try to help and just told us to go call the phone number on the back of the card.

I came to this Chase Bank to get the support for my problem in transfer. They do not helped and pass my problem from other to other such as a ball. Also have insulted myself with their speech “ if you are feeling this bank is difficult, go to the other banks ! “ Never come there again and will delete all my accounts in Chase Bank.
Banker whos office is up front is extremely rude. I cash the same check every 2 weeks for years and today she tells me it cant be done after I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes. No explanation or resolution, just tells me I have to deposit it versus cashing it. Closed my account on the spot. Dont let the bank treat you like they're doing you a favor by keeping your money with them.
I'm trying to be fair here. My rating is for the branch is base on not answering their phone on many occasions. Im not referring to 1 call made a day, multiple calls a day. Im sure if i have spoken with someone then i wouldn't be so negative. Automated options doesn't answer all questions. If you're short on representative, then in my opinion" big management problem". Isn't that should be a priority.
