My garage has been leaking for years, and it recently has become even more serious. I called many roof contractors. All of them except Rick thought that it was roof leaking. One put some stuff on the roof but it didn’t work at all. This cost few hundred dollars, and others suggested that I needed a new roof. When Rick came to inspect the problem, he immediately told me that my roof was good, and there was no need to change the roof. Then, after a few minutes later, he found out that the problem causing the leak was the gap between the window and the wall. After that, he just left without any charges. However, I followed his instruction to fix the window, but it still leaked. Finally, my neighbor found out that there was part of the wall loose under the window that caused the leaking. Eventually, I got my garage leaking fixed. Although the leaking was not caused by the window, I am still grateful for Rick’s help and impressed by his professional knowledge. He is the only roof contractor who told me that my roof was good. I hardly write any reviews for someone, but I definitely wanted to write a review for him to show my appreciation. I strongly recommend Rick if you are looking for roof repair. Thank you so much Rick.
