I must say, I was quite satisfied with Marvin’s carpet cleaning/great customer service. He was quick in responding to any questions I had. He was accommodating and most of all did an excellent job in cleaning and in detail. I will be using him for future cleaning of my travertine floors next. Thank you!!

Pros- Answered phone, on time for estimate, wore house booties. Cons- Bait and Switch pricing, arguing with customers I inquired about one large room to be cleaned. I informed the nice office gal that I had a large living room that was 20x30. I was told the price was $149 for a "Large Living Room. I double checked and reiterated pricing. I booked the call and said please do not come and tell me $700.00 (In a joking tone) The owner (tech) showed up and told me he could clean the carpet but the price is $290.00. He told me a "Large Living Room is half the size of my current room." I explained to him I thought the estimate was low but I m going off what his staff told me over the phone. Rather than an easy apology for miscommunication and we move on, he proceed to accuse me of being cheap and not wanting to pay for "Good Service." I feel like this crew does apartments and not larger homes. We declined the estimate that was now double and parted ways. I called another company and stated the same square footage and was given a accurate quote of $270.00 and they showed up two hours later after he left and cleaned the carpet with no issues. Maybe I caught the owner on a bad day and he forgot his customer service skills but my experience was not good.

Ray and Marvin were both great to work with. Marvin was quick to reply and set up my services. Ray was quick, efficient, professional and nice. My living room couches look like new and smell great too. We will definitely be calling them back in the future. Great team. Thank you guys!

Marvin and his team did a wonderful job! Very professional, flexible, and even helped me remove curtains I couldn’t reach! The carpets look amazing and he was quicker than expected. He did my three-story town home with almost all carpet in under 2.5 hours. I appreciated how personable he was! Thanks Marvin :)

Marvin and his worker are Fantastic! My carpet was very dirty and almost looks new now! 5 stars all around!!! No! 10 stars!!!!
