I wanted to post a review about the technician who serviced my property today. Richard was well-spoken, very attentive to detail, and professional. You can tell that he valued his job and is knowledgeable, as when I asked him about the curtain bug that keeps creeping inside the house. He took photos and told me where they are coming from. I appreciate the extra work ethic Richard put in to make sure my place was de-webbed and sprayed inside and out!
Nick is very personable & knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions about the traps & bait boxes for our rodent problem. He is the 3rd technician to come out from Brooks & so far, he is the most thorough. We appreciate him very much & hope he comes back to service us again next month.
Brooks Pest Control has lived up to everything stated and for less than the previous company we were using. Each technician asks if we have any concerns that they should be aware of. They each do a thorough job of cleaning and spraying. Very satisfied with Brooks.
The technician was very professional and friendly. His application was very efficient and continues to be effective in keeping the little critters at bay. Christopher was very friendly and shook my hand upon arrival to introduce himself. This is a small gesture that is polite and installs a sense of confidence in his work. He was very quick and clean. We noticed no evidence that he had even been, here with the exception of seeing no spider webs or signs of inscets. This young man is a good worker and did not seem to waste materials. Good job!
