$200 for a single room and the stains and odor are still there! I was told over the phone that a single room is $90, but could be as much as $160 to eliminate stains and tobacco odor. When the technician arrived, he only worked on the carpet about 10-15 minutes and charged me $200 - for a single room!! He put the cash in his pocket and didn't even give me a receipt. That's bad enough, but a few hours later, the tobacco smell returned and the stains are still there. I feel bad because I just threw away $200 for nothing.
Bolsa Carpets & Upholstery’s serviceman gave us a full consultation before beginning his work and took over our living room’s dirty carpet.. I am glad I changed my old contractor with them.. Very satisfied..
