It’s hard and rare to find an affordable apartment like this. You can walk to: Stater Bros, library, park, police department, city Hall, dentist office, bank, gas station, 7-11, auto zone. It’s near 3 prescholl-high school district, Many restaurants around. The manager always care of tenants’s opinions. They have gate with code. Very clean and clear with grass field, trees and swimming pool. Parking lot is big. Of course it has some things which annoy some peoples but it is great in general.
