I scheduled an appointment, and Edwin was my technician. He was professional and respectful throughout. Edwin immediately inspected the crawl space for leaks and reassured me there was no leak under my home. He patiently explained what signs to look for if there ever was one. Then, he quickly fixed the leaky sink. As a senior on a fixed budget, I was concerned about the cost, but Edwin told me there was no charge—something that has never happened to me before. I am very grateful for his help. Beach Plumbing is a company you can trust. I highly recommend them!
My Hot water tank had a crack on the bottom so we had to replace it and we had our water spigot replaced and our shower valve replaced as and we ran across a problem with our toilet and Edwin ran a camera down it and said we had some build up in the pipe and needed to be flushed out. So I have to say I was very pleased on the work they did and everything is working great, they got everything done on a timely matter and couldn't be more pleased. Edwin was awesome and the worker AD and his partner did a great job and thank you 😊
Over the years i have used Beach Plumbing for not big and small jobs and have always been satisfied. A year ago they installed a Navien tankless water heater which has a great almost instant feature. Yesterday I noticed some water from the pressure release valve. I called at 12 today and Edwin was here at 2:00. He fixed the issue and showed me how to clean the unit. Unbelievable service!
Beach Plumbing was super helpful with scheduling a flood test for a shower renovation. They got someone out the next day and Rene was awesome! He was super honest with us and gave us peace of mind to move on to the next step of our project. Will definitely be calling them again!
I am beyond 100% satisfied with the level of service I received. Even though it was a holiday weekend scheduling was easy and quick. The technician, Matthew arrived on time. He was friendly, well groomed, professional and respectful. He identified my issue and offered multiple solutions without trying to upsell me on repairs i didn't need.
