Came for oil change at 10k they said no problem after an hour waiting they said your car is done I was nice that was fast They said we didn't change your oil just rotated your tire So now I will have to go back again to do oil change properly not at this location Just make sure they do what you asked them to do

I came here to buy the first car for the first time. The salesman here were able to assist me on buying a new car for the first time. They covered every features most of these new cars has and can do. They're a few great selections of cars here. For people who are wanting to buy a Toyota for the first time, they will welcomed you and do what they can to work with financing flexibility.

I highly recommend using Elmore's parts department. I can't say enough how great the service was from Kenny T. He helped with a difficult Tonneau cover warranty and was attentive, responsive and understanding of the situation. As an owner of 3 Toyota's I will be doing all my parts orders and TRD Part orders through them!

Edit: Ryan from the parts department promptly reached out and resolved my issue after I let them know. Great customer service. I will order OEM parts through Elmore again in the future. Shipped my order to the wrong address
