Craving Korean BBQ? Looking for an AYCE menu under a reasonable price? Well let me tell you about BBQ Chung Dam! As soon as I walked in, I was kindly greeted and seated. Joyce was a real joy! She was the only person on the floor attending tables for a while! Customer service was on point! The food was delish 🤤👌🏽 She really made sure my table was taken care of and worked incredibly well under pressure when she was serving and attending tables. This is now my favorite place as of today.
Food was pretty good. service was good. My main complaint is that everywhere (online and posted at the place) that it closes at 11 but they did last call for food at 0930 on a friday night. They do add a service charge for groups of 4+ so keep that in mind as well
This place is my new favorite KBBQ restaurant! Marinated pork, marinated LA ribs, and prime sirloin steaks are my favorites. I usually don't care for the sides because they usually are good, but I love it here. All the sides are really good! They also have more appetizer items at the bar, which are also great as long as they haven't been sitting out too long.
AVOID. Hidden fee charges. The restaurant limited 3 dishes come out at once. Only 4 waiters running the floor on Saturday nights. It takes a long time to get the waiters to get the meat of choice. Automatic add 15% tip in the form of service fee. We do the cook. They do their job. Why do customers have to pay for the service ?
