Beautiful store. Dedicated workers. I did take off a star because one of the workers shared with me that her coworkers didn't put aside the item she really wanted from the Disney princess special. The managers should put their workers first because how, how are they going to be able to make a line when they all have to be there to serve customers. I'm not saying to let them get 5 or 7 of the same item but at least one per employee. Your workers are important too
I love this store but whoever the person working at the door is should not be working here. She said hi to every person who entered before and after my husband and I. We shop here often and have never had this happen and normally I wouldn't care but it's the second time same person. We own a company as well and it is really not right to make someone feel less than others. I know that people aren't how they used to be with customer service but this is really not ok. I did let another worker know when I walked out. I don't know if they are just judging us because we have tattoos which would be absolutely ridiculous considering a large population also has them. Anyway it made me really not want to ever come back
The cashier had an issue with my rewards and refused to help me just plain out that she was not going to help me out I will never go to the store again never been so disrespected
What a refreshing and warm experience! It's like walking into a nice friend's place. The staff was so warm, nice and helpful. It's clearly good management there. I haven't shopped here for a LONG time but my mom always gifts me stuff from here. So my Bath & Body hand sanitizer reminds me of her. Definitely will come back to buy more things to warm up my home. Finally, a lovely shopping experience. Also, the prices are great!
Lexi at this location was super sweet and helpful. She showed me where more selection was in the store and she actually suggested a really nice candle "cinnamon spiced vanilla". OMG smells so good. Thank you so much for your kindness and help! Super friendly, ask for Lexi next time to help you find unique and good smelling stuff!
