I recently started coming to this branch a few weeks ago and so far have been very happy with the service I have received. Just the other day, ERICA helped me resolved an issue with 1 of my accounts. She was very professional and knowledgeable and I left very satisfied. In my other visits, SONIA has helped me and I was very happy with her as well. Omg we still haven't got our money it's being almost two years, now I'm using a different email so that everyone can see how shady this bank is, my other email is 1966caprice, they end up sending our money to the state, we are Americans I have friends with no legal status but yet they had their money with this bank and they never had any issues, all my friends already switched to a different bank please do the same.
One day about a one year and months ago in the last days of the covid days I got really sick and I had 1250.00 in cash from my accident settlement in my house, I told my girl hey I feel like I'm going to die so I gave my girl the cash in two different increments on two different days I was so sick that I just wanted my girl to have money for funeral expenses just in case I die and for her to have money to get her through the tuff days, she took it to this bank > Bank of America at Golden west and westminster they frozen her account she wasn't able to pull out any money she went inside and asked them what's going on she showed them her ID/license but her ID/license was expired She tried for 1 years and months to get her ID/license but the DMV wouldn't let her have one or renew one till a year and months later, I don't know if bank of America had something to do with the DMV but do not take your money here, banks are supposed to help you with issues and to give some kind of your money when you actually need it not try to keep it especially if we are Americans, my girl still hasn't seen any money but the good thing is that I did not die so I kept on working and paying our rent and bills but if we would of depended on this bank we would of lost our home, car, and pets. Think twice before bringing your cash or money to this banks, Imagine can't touch your money for 1 year and months, and we are still waiting. Horrible people and a never ending nightmare, it's a sad place here you know how the wise tells you hey don't work for that company and then you ask why and that wise person tells you because that company fired a couple employees a couple weeks before Christmas and then your like OMG who does that!! Thats exactly what this bank feels like just in a different way.
