The experience at the massage establishment was extremely disappointing. First, they required payment upfront, which already felt unusual. However, the worst part came after the service. As we were leaving, the staff chased my mom to our car, falsely claiming that we hadn’t tipped. My mom had already given them a tip, but they started demanding more, stating that they rely heavily on tips to make money. I informed them that their behavior was inappropriate and likely illegal, as I am familiar with State Board regulations. The manager eventually came out and called them back inside, but the entire situation was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I plan to file a formal complaint with the State Board and the city about this incident.

I went yesterday to get a massage. They wanted to charge you $2 extra fee to use credit that was extremely off. To use a card, the fee is no more than 75 cent. But $2 dollars was not what I expected. We went inside my friend and I, and got our massages done. Honestly, I liked it and the person that did it for me was really good. Now, as soon as we walked out of the room, 3 workers asked us to tip. I said no and they all were socked. I feel like they can’t ask us for tip unless we would like to tip ourselves. We aren’t obligated to pay tip. They were shocked and they even asked why no tip. I found that very unprofessional. Even if I wanted to tip them, after what they did was not great at all.

I decided to leave a review now because I've been a customer here for a while and have never done so before. I come here basically for the PRICE. I wonder if the towels are changed between clients and what makes me most irritated is that there is no minimum level of professionalism or respect for those who are lying there, receiving the massage. Many employees walking around the place and talking all the time, others lying on empty beds, using cell phones WITHOUT HEADPHONES, there is no way to relax at all. It's very frustrating that you are there to relax and the staff all don't allow that to be possible and in the end, with all this bad service they want a FAT TIP!!!

My husband and I both felt a 5 star review was in order! We did the $25 one hour massage and left feeling like jello! Amazing job by Jon and Angel! The large room was semi private and very clean. We tipped $30 each because the workers were very good and did such a great job working out the aches and pains! Were coming back several times a month!

This place do not change their towels n probably never washed it .the place was super dirty ! They won’t change their towels after every customers ..you can see people’s hair on the towels from previous customers ! Super disgusting ! Do not recommend .did super lousy job.waisted my money walking out so upset n irritated ! Bad mistake by trying out this place
