WARNING. These people are untrustworthy and very unprofessional. My parents are Vietnamese, and like many in their generation they wanted to find someone in Orange County who could speak their native language and help them. Knowing that, this office made extraordinary promises to convinced my parents they have a good case and to hire their services on retainer. It was an open and shut case from the beginning, but since involving their office the other party decided to deny liability. Yes, I believe the lawyer's handling of the case influenced this. When I came with my parents to ask why the case took a turn, the lawyer got very upset and started yelling at me. This is no exaggeration. My only regret is that I did not record that encounter. It was the most unprofessional exchange I have ever experienced. I was interrupted each time I tried to ask a question and each response from Andre was a deflection. At one point Andre asked, "how old are you!? Do you know how long I've been a lawyer!? Do you have a law degree!?" All of which is irrelevant and again a deflection. By all means, I never claimed to have a law degree or be of any specific age or whatever the hell this dude was getting at. If you cannot handle answering your client's reasonable questions, maybe you should stop "practicing" law. Andre L Lam is doing a disservice to the community. Please don't waste your time with empty promises.

Settled 2 years ago and ever since then, havent heard a word from Andre Lam. Dont know where my money is, dont know where my case stands... They wont answer any questions or return any of your calls. Sad when you have to take legal action again a law firm. Worse experience ever

Do not go here. They are dishonest people. We went here through a referral and they promised to give the person who refer the case 5% referral fee when the case is settled. So when the case was settled, they take your part of the settlement which is 55% and pay for the referral fee. It should be 2.5% from both the client's side and the lawyer's side. In Addition, they took forever to settle the case and only get half of the car rental reimbursement.. Badddddd

Not even this guy has a stutter ( cà lăm in Vietnamese) in both English and Vietnamese; he also demonstrated the attitude problem coupled with lacking knowledge in many areas of law in which he had practised himself. Did not find any integrity and honesty at this office.
